The ash wood for our frame saws is harvested in a private austrian forest, and milled to boards on a small farm.
After seasoning, the parts are made and get their finish on a carving bench with traditional tools by hand.
Every Tschum Frame Saw is unique. Here in our workshop we sew matching pouches from our heavy cotton fabric,
and the saws are completed with the accessories and two different quality brand saw blades.
In either fresh or seasoned wood, the cutting speed and ergonomics is superior to smaller saws.
Usual 530mm sawblades can be utilized.
