The X-Fire 19 is a small packing, lightweight
big Hobo stove.
The size is an essential criteria for a good Hobo stove.
It needs a certain capacity, to be able to:
a) fit sufficient and large enough burning material
b) generate sufficient heat and draft
c) resulting in the capability to burn suboptimal fuel
d) carry out its duty without permanent attention and stoking small woodpieces
The X-Fire 19 masters all of this, and that is why we descided to include this exact Hobo stove into our assortment.
Its maximum heat output at full throttle is impressive.
A Tschum 4P and even bigger suitable fire tents are heated up with ease.
That can make the x-Fire 19 a lightweight and low priced alternative to a full-blown woodstove with chimney.
The installation height of the circular closed floor plate is variable, so that the X-Fire 19 can also act as stand and windshield for alcohol burners, or as a small charcoal barbecue.
Two universal stainless picks are helpful to pick up and transport the hot stove over a short distance, and they can assist the heating of small pots that are smaller in diameter than 19 cm.
The weight of the entirely stainless X-Fire 19 is around 355g including the two universal picks.
Additionally a 23g zipper transportation bag is included, which measures 22 cm x 28 cm x 1 cm.
The X-Fire 19 is made in Germany.
For even more flexible use of the X-Fire 19 there are a heat protection cross and a small cooking grate available as accessories.
